Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Will my bank statement show your company name? No. For your privacy, charges will appear under a neutral business name that does not indicate the nature of your purchase.

Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at support@powerplaystudio.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping discreet? Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, branding, or descriptions of contents. The return address displays a neutral business name.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Expedited (3-5 days) and Express (1-3 days) options are available at checkout. Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any fees imposed by their country.

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Click the link to track your package.

Products

Are your products authentic? Yes. We source all products from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors. We stand behind the quality of every item we sell.

Are products shipped in original packaging? Products are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging inside our discreet outer packaging.

What if I receive a defective product? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items. Exceptions are made for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How do I request a refund? Email support@powerplaystudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
