Having an issue with your order? We’re here to help you resolve it quickly.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Click the link in that email to see the current status of your package. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
If tracking hasn’t updated in several days or shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Common Order Issues
I haven’t received my order confirmation Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us with the email address you used to place the order.
I need to change my shipping address Contact us immediately at support@powerplaystudio.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
I need to cancel my order Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
My order arrived damaged Take photos of the packaging and damaged items before discarding anything. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
I received the wrong item Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you received. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent.
An item is missing from my order Some orders ship in multiple packages. Check your email for additional tracking numbers. If all packages have arrived and an item is still missing, contact us with your order number.
My package shows delivered but I don’t have it First, check with neighbors, household members, and around your property. Check any secure locations where carriers may leave packages. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Request a Refund
Refund requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
