1. Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding, logos, or descriptions that indicate the contents. The return address and billing descriptor will display a neutral business name for your complete discretion.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Some items may ship directly from our supplier partners, which may affect processing times. Any significant delays will be communicated to you via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the Site.
5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Important for International Orders:
- You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- We are not responsible for delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities
Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local regulations or restrictions.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@powerplaystudio.com.
7. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible and could result in additional fees.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos before opening. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.
8. Signature Requirements
Orders over a certain value may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. You will be notified at checkout if your order requires a signature.
9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and Express shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on local, state, or international laws. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during checkout or after your order is placed.
11. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
12. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons, carrier volumes increase significantly which may cause delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays during these periods.
