Bodystockings

Bodystockings cover ankle to shoulder in one unbroken piece of stretch net or lace, so there is nothing to ride up and nothing to match. One size covers a genuinely wide range, but check the stated height limit – that is the measurement that fails first.

Bodystockings buying guide

This page lists the bodystockings we stock. If you already know what you want, the products above are the whole range. If you are still choosing, the sections below cover what actually separates one from another - written from the questions customers ask us most, not from a manufacturer brochure.

Sizing runs small

Adult apparel is sized to a different standard than high-street clothing and routinely runs one to two sizes small. Buy by the manufacturer measurements rather than the letter on the label. One-size items typically fit about a UK 8 to 14 and stretch less than the description suggests.

Queen and plus ranges are cut properly rather than scaled, and are worth choosing over stretching a one-size piece.

Fabrics and what they demand

Lace and mesh snag on rings, nails and jewelry. Wet-look and PVC do not breathe and will not survive heat. Latex needs dressing aid to get on, polish to look right, and perishes on contact with oil, metal and sunlight. Real leather lasts decades with conditioning.

Anything with boning needs storing flat or hanging; folded boning takes a permanent kink.

Care that preserves it

Hand wash delicate pieces in cool water and never wring. Machine washing halves the life of lace even in a bag. Air dry away from radiators and sunlight. Latex is washed, dried thoroughly, then talced or polished before storage in the dark.

Never tumble dry anything in this category.

Hygiene and returns

Intimate apparel cannot be returned once worn, so measuring beforehand is the whole game. Try items on over underwear the first time.

Wash before first wear - manufacturing residues and dyes are a common cause of irritation people mistake for an allergy.

Frequently asked questions about bodystockings

Which should I buy first? Adult apparel is sized to a different standard than high-street clothing and routinely runs one to two sizes small. Buy by the manufacturer measurements rather than the letter on the label. One-size items typically fit about a UK 8 to 14 and stretch less than the description suggests.

What material should I look for? Lace and mesh snag on rings, nails and jewelry. Wet-look and PVC do not breathe and will not survive heat. Latex needs dressing aid to get on, polish to look right, and perishes on contact with oil, metal and sunlight. Real leather lasts decades with conditioning.

How do I clean and store it? Intimate apparel cannot be returned once worn, so measuring beforehand is the whole game. Try items on over underwear the first time.

Will it arrive discreetly? Yes. Every order ships in plain unbranded outer packaging with a neutral sender name, and the billing descriptor is equally anonymous. Nothing on the parcel or the statement identifies the contents or this store.

Is the stock figure real? Yes. Stock shown reflects units actually held by our US distribution partners rather than an estimate, which is why some items show low numbers instead of a permanent in-stock badge.

What if it is wrong for me? For hygiene reasons intimate products cannot be returned once opened, which is exactly why this guide exists. Message us before ordering if you are unsure and a person who knows the range will answer.

Common mistakes when buying bodystockings

The most frequent error is buying for the fantasy rather than the reality - the most extreme option on the page, bought first, usually ends up unused in a drawer. The second is ignoring material in favor of shape, when material decides how a product cleans, how long it lasts and how it feels against skin. The third is underestimating how much a proper cleaning routine matters to whether something stays pleasant to own.

The fourth, and the one that costs the most money, is buying the cheapest version of something to try it out. A poor example of a category teaches you that you dislike the category, when what you disliked was a bad motor, a porous material or a badly finished edge.
