Nurse Costumes

Nurse costumes for bedroom roleplay: crisp white dresses, zip-front minis, sheer bodysuits and plus-size sets with the cap, the red cross and the stockings that sell the fantasy. Choose by bust and waist measurement, then by what comes in the set. A good nurse costume looks right up close and lasts beyond one night. Everything ships in plain packaging with no indication of the contents or the sender.

Nurse buying guide

This page lists every nurse costume in our roleplay range. If you already know what you want, the products above are the whole range. If you are still choosing, the sections below cover what separates one set from another, written from the questions customers ask us most rather than a manufacturer brochure.

Sizing and fit

Measure your bust, natural waist and hips and check all three against the chart on the product. Costume sets run smaller than everyday clothing, so if you are between sizes, go up. One-size pieces usually fit about a US 4 to 10 and stretch less than the description suggests; queen and plus ranges are cut properly rather than scaled and are worth choosing over stretching a one-size set.

Read what is included before you order. A set may be a single dress or a full kit with hat, collar, gloves and props; the description lists every piece, and the photo sometimes shows styling that is not in the box.

Materials and what they demand

Stretch satin and spandex give a smooth, fitted look and forgive a size either way. Wet-look and vinyl give a glossy club finish but do not breathe, so they suit a scene rather than a whole evening. Sheer mesh and lace look delicate and snag on rings and nails.

Check the closures. Front zips make dressing quick and play easy; back zips and ties need a helping hand. Detachable garters let you wear the dress with or without stockings.

Care that preserves it

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and dry flat, away from direct heat. Wipe wet-look and vinyl pieces with a damp cloth instead of washing them. Keep hats, collars and badges out of the water and store the set together in a bag so nothing goes missing between uses.
