Setting up the deluxe door swing

Open the door, drape the tubes over the top, then close and lock it so it cannot swing open. Drop the leg straps low enough for your partner to put each thigh through a lower loop and each arm through an upper loop.

Adjust the straps to a comfortable height and have them hold the handles. Use a solid door, test with gentle weight first and stay with your partner the whole time.
