The Pearly Pete from Mystim is an electro-stimulation strap that sits around the corona, the ridge just below the head of the penis. Gold-coloured balls set into the black strap act as the contact points, carrying the current right where the nerve endings are densest.

Pearly Pete is an accessory, not a complete toy: it has no power of its own and needs an electro-stimulation power unit, such as one of Mystim’s, sold separately.
