The Passion silicone pelvic kegel exerciser set from XR Brands is a kit of five graduated dilators, labeled Step 1 through Step 5. Each piece is made of silky silicone with a smooth, tapered tip.

How the silicone pelvic kegel exerciser set is laid out

The five pieces rise in size from the smallest to the largest, so you can move from one step to the next at your own pace. Nothing in the set forces a jump in size.

Every dilator in the silicone pelvic kegel exerciser set has its own suction cup base. That lets each one stand on a smooth surface between uses.

The set is listed under Kegel balls and trainers.

Using a graduated set

Begin with Step 1 and stay with each size until it feels easy before moving on. Use plenty of lubricant and take your time.

Keep the pieces you are not using standing on their bases on a clean shelf, so each one stays ready for the next step.

Common questions

Which lubricant should I use?

Use a water-based lubricant with all five silicone pieces.

How do I clean the set?

Wash each dilator with warm water and a toy cleaner, then let every piece dry fully before storing them together.
