The Pivot Positioner Plus – Black from Sportsheets: a larger, ramp-shaped positioner with a soft, flexible, high-density foam core for comfort and stamina.

Looped webbing on each side gives handles or anchor points for restraints, opening up more positions and more support.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth; keep the foam away from direct heat.
