The black bar expands from 29 to 37 inches and goes together in three easy steps. It is made from a 14.5 inch center tube and two 14.5 inch spring-locking tubes, with nickel-free D-rings for the two included cuffs. The cuffs close with Velcro and are lined in soft velboa.
