New in Essentials holds the lubes, cleaners, gels and aftercare that arrived most recently. This is the restock shelf rather than a clearance one, so prices here are the normal ones.
This page lists the new essentials arrivals we stock. If you already know what you want, the products above are the whole range. If you are still choosing, the sections below cover what actually separates one from another - written from the questions customers ask us most, not from a manufacturer brochure.
Start from what you already know you enjoy rather than a specification list. Material, size and how a thing will be cleaned matter more day to day than feature counts, and they are the three things people most often overlook when buying online.
Everything on this page is stocked through authorised US distributors, so what arrives is genuine and any manufacturer warranty applies.
Platinum-cure silicone, borosilicate glass and stainless steel are non-porous, can be properly cleaned and do not degrade against skin. Porous materials cannot be fully sanitised and are worth avoiding for anything used internally.
If a product smells strongly of chemicals out of the box, that is a reason to return it rather than air it out.
Water-based lubricant is safe with every toy material and every condom. Silicone lubricant lasts longer but degrades silicone toys. Oil-based products destroy latex condoms.
When in doubt, water-based.
Wash before first use and after every use with warm water and a dedicated cleaner. Dry completely. Store items separately and out of direct light, since silicone against silicone can react and leave a permanently tacky surface.
Remove batteries from anything stored long term and part-charge rechargeable toys every few months.
Which should I buy first? Start from what you already know you enjoy rather than a specification list. Material, size and how a thing will be cleaned matter more day to day than feature counts, and they are the three things people most often overlook when buying online.
What material should I look for? Platinum-cure silicone, borosilicate glass and stainless steel are non-porous, can be properly cleaned and do not degrade against skin. Porous materials cannot be fully sanitised and are worth avoiding for anything used internally.
How do I clean and store it? Wash before first use and after every use with warm water and a dedicated cleaner. Dry completely. Store items separately and out of direct light, since silicone against silicone can react and leave a permanently tacky surface.
Will it arrive discreetly? Yes. Every order ships in plain unbranded outer packaging with a neutral sender name, and the billing descriptor is equally anonymous. Nothing on the parcel or the statement identifies the contents or this store.
Is the stock figure real? Yes. Stock shown reflects units actually held by our US distribution partners rather than an estimate, which is why some items show low numbers instead of a permanent in-stock badge.
What if it is wrong for me? For hygiene reasons intimate products cannot be returned once opened, which is exactly why this guide exists. Message us before ordering if you are unsure and a person who knows the range will answer.
The most frequent error is buying for the fantasy rather than the reality - the most extreme option on the page, bought first, usually ends up unused in a drawer. The second is ignoring material in favour of shape, when material decides how a product cleans, how long it lasts and how it feels against skin. The third is underestimating how much a proper cleaning routine matters to whether something stays pleasant to own.
The fourth, and the one that costs the most money, is buying the cheapest version of something to try it out. A poor example of a category teaches you that you dislike the category, when what you disliked was a bad motor, a porous material or a badly finished edge.
